Baby Bows in a Flower Pot ~ Baby Shower Gift

How much more fun are shower gifts when they are dressed up all cute?  I saw this idea online and knew it was perfect for my cousin’s baby shower gift 🙂

I found some super cute handmade flower clips at a flea market.  They are adorable and clip right onto the stretchy headband (tied to the right pot handle).

This craft was super easy to make and everyone loved it!  I bought the red chalkboard pot for $5 at Hobby Lobby and also bought some dry floral foam, moss, and pipe cleaners.

After inserting the foam into the pot and covering with some moss (you could glue it down, I just tucked in around the edges), I inserted some pipe cleaners stems and a few grass blades.  The flowers clip right on and voila!  Instant cute baby shower flower pot gift 🙂

The shower was a lot of fun, plus it was a birthday celebration for my great-grandmother who was turning 99.  So yes, it was a 0 to 99 party with five generations represented.  Neat, right?
